Community Engagement Team Grows with New Addition

PORTLAND - Evergreen Credit Union is excited to announce the addition of Chelsea Watson as the Community Engagement Specialist.
Watson is serving as a contact for over 140 dealerships that Evergreen Credit Union works with as a part of the Local Lending Partners program. She will also be developing programming for young professionals in southern Maine.
With eight years of experience in leadership roles in the banking industry, Watson brings a wealth of banking knowledge and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Joining Evergreen Credit Union marks the transition from a large bank environment to a locally-run credit union, where she can align her career with a company that shares her values of prioritizing both members and business clients. "I am excited to take my experience in banking operations and apply it to a community and member focus,” said Watson.
The team is looking forward to bringing Evergreen’s community-focused mission and values to a larger audience. “We are confident that her presence will help Evergreen expand its reach, allowing us to better serve our members and make an even bigger impact in the communities we are proud to serve,” said Brenda Pollock, Evergreen’s VP of Community Engagement.
